So ai voice calling agents work like customer support staff what I noticed that businesses spend a lot of money on them and these days ai could do customer support if trained the right way.

Theoretically good idea but I think if you are targeting Indian businesses there may be regulatory compliances like TRAI and may not be profitable as the vendors providing these services in US charge quite high. If your target audience is US and international then it will be more profitable but you will face high competition. Good Luck
