The backbone of all quick commerce and food delivery services are the delivery partners. They work long hours, ride through heavy traffic, rain, and heat, just to get our orders to us on time. But the truth is, most of them are paid far too little for the effort they put in. We see the convenience, but we don’t see the struggle. The late nights, the risks on the road, and the pressure to deliver quickly—all for a small pay. It’s time to think about the people behind the “quick deliveries.” They deserve better pay and respect for the hard work they do. Yes, India needs a strong minimum living wage policy.
