Do you folks tip the Amazon / FirstCry delivery guys? I don’t. But I do tip the Swiggy / Zomato guy. And this is something that I have seen with a bunch of my friends as well. Is it fair to assume that Amazon / FirstCry delivery guys are better paid and don’t need tips? Which would essentially imply that Swiggy / Zomato aren’t paying their delivery folks a fair wage.
