Sadly, thousands of examples in history show men facing fake legal cases because the Indian legal system is heavily biased towards women. This has led to some women exploiting these laws for their benefit. Dowry is banned in India because women opposed it, but alimony is not banned. At the very least, there should be a cap on alimony to ensure that only genuinely needy women benefit, not those who misuse the system for selfish gains. People who have gone through this understand the problem .
