😢 Bengaluru Techie , Atul Subhash suicide after wife continuously blackmailing her for 3 Crores rupees by taking support of law 🙇 Atul Subhash, a 34-year-old tech professional, was found dead in his Bengaluru residence in a heartbreaking case of alleged harassment Before taking this extreme step, 😔 Atul left a 24-page suicide note (4 handwritten and 20 typed pages) and a 1.5-hour video. Both documents detailed the emotional and legal challenges he faced due to his estranged wife and her family 👨‍👨‍👧‍👦 Atul accused his wife 👧 an Accenture employee, along with her family in his 24-page suicide note, accused Nikita Singhania of 'explicit instigation for suicide' and mentioned that she had lodged 9 cases against him, including murder, sexual misconduct, harassment for money, domestic violence, and dowry. 😳 Nikita had demanded Rs. 3 crore💰 alimony along with Rs. 80,000 per month for maintenance. Not only this, she also reportedly kept Atul away from his son even Nikita, who's employed with Accenture and seemingly has a good salary package. 😡 🙏 In his 24-page suicide note, which was titled 'Justice is Due' on every page, Atul Subhash listed down his last wishes, and in one of them, he asked his family not to do his Asthi Visarjan until his harassers were punishes . 🥺 His note and video, widely shared online, recounted his legal struggles in Uttar Pradesh’s family courts and his call for justice. Atul’s brother has since filed a complaint, leading to an FIR against his wife and her relatives under abetment to suicide laws. The investigation into this tragic case continues 😭 💔 Is this right or wrong ? few women's are targeting rich men's everyday for money then blackmailing for getting alimony ? 😢 What's your take on this matter ?

Sadly, thousands of examples in history show men facing fake legal cases because the Indian legal system is heavily biased towards women. This has led to some women exploiting these laws for their benefit. Dowry is banned in India because women opposed it, but alimony is not banned. At the very least, there should be a cap on alimony to ensure that only genuinely needy women benefit, not those who misuse the system for selfish gains. People who have gone through this understand the problem .
