Welcome to OUT OF THE BOX MARKETING ! EP=26 (Coca-Cola) "Happiness Machine" Coke wanted to market their brand, but instead of going traditional, they took an alternative approach. They set up vending machines around college campuses. However, it wasn't regular machines. Every time individuals bought something, they were given something additional for free.(such as an additional Coke bottle or a huge pizza) People were both surprised and happy. Many people began giggling, sharing the gifts with their friends, and posting it on their social network handles. Coke documented the entire stunt, recorded wholesome moments, and posted them on social media. RESULT: ●Emotional Connection ●Super Duper Viral Marketing ●Word of Mouth Like and follow for more & Was this genuis enough?
