If we want to help local retailers, we can start by making an App that integrates with ONDC platform like pincode by phonepe. Building a platform comes with huge cost and high maintenance. There are many platforms like Dukaan, Shopify, Meesho etc for creating their online stores and even mini by swiggy. We need to have multiple USPs to stand out.
