hello every one my name is sonu bansal I want you to give your opinion and suggestions on my idea this is my idea I want to start a platform were local retail and wholesale shops sell their products online and my niche for this idea is grocery and house hold item because of app like blinkit and zepto cause huge costumer fall for this local shop .so through this I want to help them I will provide them platform for list their product and through this platform they also manage their inventory according to demand.and they just pay a nominal monthly ammount. how can I make profit:- * charge nominal monthly ammount on sale through platform * by charge small delivery fee from costumer which is lower than other app * by starting an advertisement for this shop and other brand how can I attract customers :- * by charge less delivery charge than other app * by providing a discount on a certain amount of shopping

If we want to help local retailers, we can start by making an App that integrates with ONDC platform like pincode by phonepe. Building a platform comes with huge cost and high maintenance. There are many platforms like Dukaan, Shopify, Meesho etc for creating their online stores and even mini by swiggy. We need to have multiple USPs to stand out.
