Hi all recently I have Started using the platform for groceries and snacks. When I added a small packet of curd to cart which was around 30 rupees I observed that the price was showing as 117 rupees. I was wondering what I had ordered extra then I realised 🤔 that it was the delivery charge. The delivery would come in about 6 mins but the charge was very high! I read a clause stating that orders higher than a 100 rupees had free delivery . This is the means the company earns profit by making u add more items for the free delivery or straight up the delivery charge. I was fooled by this and am impressed by how this works😄
