I was thinking of supplying Milk products like Curd, Ghee etc to Businesses and restaurants in bulk quantities. Is it viable or has someone done it and what are your thoughts on this? I thought of this as I've seen kitchens use packets for curd, ghee and others

It seems unviable at the moment because of how the products are adultered and made cheaper. I probably can't match them in adultering and no one wants a costlier product regardless of how pure it is.

You should reverse and scale. Start from your surrounding, make a reliable network and then raise funds after a year.

Did y'all know that substances that are pure are actually not pure?! Well, we may use the word "pure milk or pure ghee and etc" What make the difference is that milk and ghee are nothing but a mixture of substances and hence arent actually pure!
