I was thinking of supplying Milk products like Curd, Ghee etc to Businesses and restaurants in bulk quantities. Is it viable or has someone done it and what are your thoughts on this? I thought of this as I've seen kitchens use packets for curd, ghee

You should reverse and scale. Start from your surrounding, make a reliable network and then raise funds after a year.
