hey Medials, I have recently found a reels, where one person is talking about ESOP and USOP, of an app called chatwise. where users and employees can have shares of a company. generally employees get share of their company, but in chatwise, if a user can perform some tasks to grow a company, he/she will get some shares too. is it true? what do you think about this concept?
