Well, your idea isn't unique from other businesses. Right now, you're focused on restaurant commissions, but what about expanding your customer base? Big players like Swiggy and Zomato burn cash due to customer acquisition costs. It's a chicken egg problem: restaurants won't sign up if you don't have a large audience, and customers won't sign up if you have limited restaurant options. How will you tackle this?
