Today, while meeting restaurants to onboard for our platform, we came across something eye-opening. Swiggy & Zomato charge 30–35% commission from restaurants — and that’s not the end. Customers also pay delivery fees, platform fees, and hidden charges. Here’s the reality ➡️ A simple Chicken Noodles priced at ₹120 in a restaurant ends up costing ₹260–₹300 on these apps. ➡️ Restaurants struggle with high commissions. ➡️ Customers pay almost 2.5x the real price.
