can you take some steps to make the selection process more transparent and engaging as many people have shown dissatisfaction on last time results. all will never be happy that I understand but still some degree of transparency is necessary.

if possible you can try conducting live selection on platform such as yt, zoom or Google meet. where team Medial along with expert judge score ideas one by one and at the end combine all the scores and announce live winners. this way whole selection process will be visible to all and people will get crucial feedback as a learning.
