You can't solve a competitive shortlisting thing in a country like India bruh. Many people are graduates and jobless. LinkedIn is here for hiring best candidates. But they are not hiring best at all. Likewise in sports or Olympics. Finding a specific guy for training and selecting him for Olympics or India has many things in between. There are many mini tournaments etc. off course things like recommendations and racism will happen and keep on happening. But if you make a app like LinkedIn for sports people just shit posting there and make them look qualified and more. But afterall things are different same as LinkedIn people always shotpost and qualified one does not get chance because he don't do that.

The aim of this app could be to popularize sports in schools and universities like university tournaments in countries like USA. That is where true players are created in those countries. Will need to brainstorm and strategize on how the whole thing can be moulded.

I think this can be good concept to work on. See show what we can do to create a centralised platform including various sports and there record of students. Here we can attract schools, college, clubs or sport organisation. Provide news regarding Sports like upcoming events. Sports itself is a very big industry so there is a good chance it might workout. More thoughts will be needed to put in this.

Won’t be enough interest from people’s side no.. who cares about random kids playing something, some sport . I’m talking from an absolutely random users pov
