is frozen food business relevant around you? what if we make frozen food of conventional food items in our day to day lives like bhaji of pav bhaji, Vada pav etc. how can we set up distribution channels in our initial days?

assuming taste is not an issue, how to begin distribution? because a frozen supply chain would be required from day 1,how to find such clients and sell as can't do own Shopify since it is frozen and blinkit, big retail won't touch us initially without product success
