is frozen food business relevant around you? what if we make frozen food of conventional food items in our day to day lives like bhaji of pav bhaji, Vada pav etc. how can we set up distribution channels in our initial days?

launching own distribution is the most convenient solution and if you want to find client then positioning youself in market first and capture one area first . let's take a example of kanpur city . in kanpur 5 Lakh shop's are available but only 1 Lakh shop's getting huge footfalls but problem is that our company don't know that name and location of these shop's so we will do. demographics survey then launch our temporary distribution centers in that area and fix deal with 500 shop's. now if you're selling 50rs pav bhaji then according to 500 shops and per shop's you're serving 50 items monthly then you will get revenue of 12.50 lakh so your company valuation is around 50 lakhs with assets now let's attack on malls and quick commerce
