This whole 'he was bullied, so he built a billion-dollar company' narrative sounds like a PR move to justify Kalanick’s shady behavior. Sure, the concept of Uber was innovative, but that doesn’t excuse the toxic work environment or his aggressive tactics. We shouldn't romanticize this.
