Orangutan 🤣 you are a fan of primates. You are highly misguided by Indian family businesses where there are Chairman and Managing Directors who are more dictatorial. Nope, CEOs don't 'dictate'. Instead, their role is to provide strategic leadership and make key decisions. In todays well-managed organizations, decision-making is often a team effort rather than unilateral.
