It's about soft skills. The arrogance makes him a dictator, the same mistake made by Uber's founder, Travis. He should have been humble. Had he not received funds from IITB Alumni network, someone else would have received equal funds and made a cab aggregator. Because cab and delivery revolution happened in every country, not just India
