Orangutan 🤣 you are a fan of primates. You are highly misguided by Indian family businesses where there are Chairman and Managing Directors who are more dictatorial. Nope, CEOs don't 'dictate'. Instead, their role is to provide strategic leadership and make key decisions. In todays well-managed organizations, decision-making is often a team effort rather than unilateral. Today's leadership lean toward more collaborative and adaptive styles, moving away from authoritarian or dictatorial models. Welcome to modern era of business. You can be the Supreme Leader of your company, all good, except that nobody will like you. Your simple truth will be the key to failure 😉
