It is owned by Manohar lal Agarwal and Madhu Sudhan Agarwal South - The Haldiram's product selling in Maharashtra ans South India comes under Haldiram's Nagpur which is another company. It is owned by Shiv kishan Agarwal East - Haldiram's in kolkata and east India is Haldiram's Bhujiawala. It is owned by Rameshwar Lal Agarwal who due to family disputes changed the original name "Bikaji Bhujiawala" to "Prabhuji" whose brand ambassador is Sharukh Khan West - The original Haldiram's which started from Bikaner (Rajasthan) has become a totally different brand "Bikaji". It is owned by Shiv Ratan Agarwal and has Amitabh Bachchan as it's Brand ambassador Here's Haldiram's family tree along with territorial boundaries
