Sometimes we ignore our whole health in the name of dedication but when body start responding then it will become huge problem for you and if you ignore then migraine becomes permanent. I was also doing same things then body hit me with food poisoning and daily migraine also still my body is not fully recovered . i hope so any internal part was not damaged
