Did this ever happen to you? You thought in your mind that you wanted to take up a task or complete a task, but you left it in the middle for a number of reasons. Let me share an incident that happened to me. I decided to start a 20-minute workout daily (NOT A HEAVY ONE) based on a plan given by ChatGPT (with 10 minutes of prompting). I then committed to the workout. On Day 1, I completed the workout. Day 2, done. Day 3, done. On Day 4, I saw a reel saying that when you're doing a workout, you should cover all the muscle groups. Then I checked the plan I was following and found that it was not a full-body workout and was not targeting some muscles. I decided to create a new plan that covers the entire body. Again, I completed another three days, and then I saw another reel stating that you shouldn't do exercises without the right preparation.
