In the last one year, I have noticed a new pattern in ETFs. If the index falls by 2%, your ETF will fall by 2.5%. If the index grows by 5%, your ETF will only grow by 3%. This extra gap is not adjusted later by the AMC in India. This means that ETFs are now functioning like options.
