Burnout isn’t about working too much.
It’s about:
Doing the wrong work
Lying to yourself about progress
Chasing people you don’t even like
Pretending you’re fine
Ignoring your wins
Work on that, not just your workload.
Hardest lessons learned in the first 90 days (3-months) of building my startup-
