Saying No Is a Skill (Not Attitude) When I started my design career, I thought saying yes to everything is how you grow. More clients. More work. More money. Sounds right, no? But slowly I learned something hard. Some clients pay well but cost you peace, time, and confidence. Daily follow-ups. Last-minute changes. No respect for process. At first, it feels okay. Later, even opening WhatsApp feels heavy. Now I say no to projects that don’t feel right — even if the money is good. Not because I’m arrogant. Because I want to do good work without stress. Good decisions don’t always feel exciting today, but they make life easier tomorrow. Have you ever said yes and regretted it later?

If you’re building something, don’t wait for the “perfect launch.” No ads, no fancy design — I just shared a working demo. 48h later, people from 50+ countries were using it. don’t chase perfection. Just make it usable and post it.

Everyone keeps saying You can earn ₹2–4 lakhs/month as an agency owner if you get high-ticket international clients. But honestly… No one talks about HOW to get those clients. Anyone knows??

Marketing tip: Don’t post “We launched!” - post “We launched, and here’s the part I broke 10 mins later.” People love chaos more than features.

Never Give Up • 3m

Some days as a co-founder just hurt. I pitched my startup to clients, hoping for a spark. Instead, I got silence and polite “no’s.” It feels heavy like they’re rejecting me, not just the product. But I’m reminding myself: •A “no” today could be a “n

Saying ‘No’ is the founder’s real superpower. It’s easy to say yes—to every opportunity, every request. But growth comes when you say no to distractions that drain your time and energy. No to projects that don’t align with your vision. No to meetin
