May be reaching help for expect should be the right choice. Some experienced founders who have been through times can guide him. Also I think in this hard time his mental health is suffering a lot as you mentioned he has stopped smiling and always zoned out and you being fear that he might do something wrong. In this situation it's to to consult good therapist.

I also have 0 incriment sadly I am a star worker the best in my line as a lawyer...i think you keep going look for PE take the right decisions cut slack and hopefully you guys will be on the road..

Maybe a strategy is needed to distribute some of his work or something that may help him balance his work and not affect his mentality because in stressful periods a person will start to go down and his priorities as well. So either help where help is needed or adopt a different approach to do the same indirectly🙂‍↕️

Try helping him out strategically, even though I’m not involved and no one’s stressed, i still do it, for the betterment of the org. You should to. Do whatever is necessary from your end to make his life easier.

Lots of startups who raised in the boom of 2021 funding boom are facing the reality. he needs to understand that life doesn't end if the startup fails. Be by his side for the time being.

Nothing much in my opinion, he will have definitely no time to even talk. This is that kind of a problem where you can't make him happy or even normal.
