My CEO is taking too much stress. We work in the fintech segment and raised a good round, worked hard aftet that too. It’s been two years since that and we’ll shut down if we don’t raise again in the next 6 months. There’s visbile fear in the team. Multiple folks left due to 0 increments. But the most stressed is our CEO. He has stopped smiling. Is always zoned out. And I fear he might do something wrong. What can I do to help him?
