Common fears startup founders go through: Fear of failure – pouring years of effort and savings only to see it collapse. Fear of running out of money – not being able to raise funds or generate revenue in time. Fear of rejection – investors, customers, or even friends doubting the idea. Fear of competition – a bigger player copying and crushing the startup. Fear of making the wrong decision – every choice feels high stakes. Fear of losing team trust – if the founder can’t lead well, people might leave. Fear of burnout – long hours and pressure taking a toll on health. Fear of missing timing – launching too early or too late. Fear of being irrelevant – market shifts making the product useless. Fear of success – ironically, scaling too fast and not being able to handle growth.
