Because we don't need another one. Not a copy cat for sure. Most copy cats fail cuz they think nationalism would get them to billions, even if they completely lack innovation and unique value. That might work when you enter very early in the market. For example, if someone had built a better, Indian Instagram, JUST when Instagram was launched, we might had been using it right now, but now it is impossibly impossible. So the reason is innovativation and unique value.
