I checked the Digital Well-Being... I hardly scroll nowadays. It's just editing on Instagram and some scrolling on YouTube shorts. So ... < 10 min of scrolling. I'm proud of myself... only for that. But unfortunately, I game a lot and binge watching habits are hard to crunch.
