its nearly impossible to make connections without going out so you need to actively visit on meet-ups , business events and take appointment with industry leader's , Early founders , executives etc and do something around your startup so that you can easily create personal brand around you even everyone has different image and value but I don't see any value proposition in you .

LinkedIn is probably your best shot, I don't recommend reddit to women in 2024 cause I know the type of DMs you'll receive over there. But the thing is the connections you'll make via meeting in person you won't be able to make via the internet, so offline is the most authentic one imo.
