I want to build a software company with people working full time, but remotely. All works can be done remotely and all meetings online. Maybe some business meetings with clients or vendors may require traveling and going to places. But that's it. Is it possible? I mean I can work hours but would it be hard to make other people to do the same remotely? I want to create a culture where anyone can work from anywhere with a laptop and a wifi connection (for weekends maybe).
