Idea #2 - India has a 151,000 km highway network, and whenever I drive on highways, I often feel like eating or drinking something. But I usually have to pull over, get out, place an order, and either eat there or bring the food back to the car. Ofte See More

why can't zomato and swiggy do the same?

They can but they are into deliveries not into restaurants, in specific preparing food and maintaining a reap estate. If they want to do it, they would have buy many restaurants across the country.

Zomato and Swiggy primarily focus on delivering food within cities where restaurants are clustered close together. Their model isn't designed for highways, where restaurants are sparse and travelers are constantly on the move. They rely on fixed addresses for deliveries, but on highways, customers are moving, making it difficult to deliver food effectively. In my model, real-time location tracking helps guide the customer to the nearest food center, ensuring they get their order without delay. Zomato and Swiggy can't provide this kind of drive-in service on highways, as they don’t have dedicated centers or the infrastructure for quick stops and fast service. My concept fills that gap.
