that's really impressive model and i love to modify this because that's impractical until and unless you have any big food aggregators support also mostly Highway people's don't use app while ordering but they will definitely use that service when you create a popular chain around that also you need to face competition from dhabha and other Resturant . basically that's just a illogical model and you need to improve it asap . 1=} Create a website and WhatsApp ordering system for that with user location sharing with particular Resturant also that Resturant can easily see when that particular customer will arrive 2=} fix your brand Board near highway with proper presentation of order food now and get it in our next franchise also issue a phone number for ordering and verify it . 3=} Create a fast menu model for people who wants something to eat fast 5 min Menu 10 min Menu 20 min Menu etc now use buzz strategy for establishing a India's 1st best highway food chain.
