The thing is due to very very huge competition these apps are running too ahead of its time. currently there are no problems, issues or changes needed in them.they are very futuristic and even their sector is way ahead of other sectors that I believe.

1. Most of the food is not hot as expected. 2. A few beverages are not cold, they just wrap a tissue and give which does no good and the lassi is hot

What I want to change in Zomato/Swiggy-: • Platform fee should not be charged at all. • Portion size should be mentioned in the menu. For instance if I am ordering non-veg food, so the portion size should be mentioned in that case, as in some restaurant they give 6 pieces when you order half plate, & in some restaurant they give 4 pieces. This will give the user a clear picture of what he has ordered, based on that he can alter his order, ultimately reducing wastage.

Zomato:- I would suggest to get somewhat transparent, I got to see that they are charged differently they tell differently. Swiggy:- I would Suggest them to change UI bcoz it buggy a lot

sometimes I'm at my workplace or college and I wanna order something they say like not available in this area , tf I'm ok to spend more for delivery charges just get me that delivered

Inflated prices for sure, same Dosa of 45 rs that I eat at Udupi offline costs me around 120 to 150 rs and since amount is less than 200rs so there would be delivery charges as well even when I have swiggy one membership.

In the food delivery apps, the quantity is different from what you get when you dine at that place. This inconsistency should be addressed.

Lots of restaurants are closed most of the time.and sometimes costs are higher than standard price and there are lots of home delivery provider in every area who provide home cooked food if someone can organise that part then it can be a game changer

Offering real-time tracking updates and resolving complaints more efficiently would significantly enhance the user experience

I’d love to see improvements in delivery time accuracy and better customer support

The biggest issue is selecting what to order. like sometimes i literally spend so much time deciding what to order that many of the restaurants closes by the time i order. and I'm not joking
