pros- high margins and end-to-end supply chain controls due to the cloud kitchen model and skipping restaurant partners cons- need a huge amount of capital (than partnering with restaurants) for rapid expansion possible solution- cloud kitchen franchise distribution (FOCO) let me know if I'm missing any points.

Most of the grocery companies like 10 min delivery are scam in india. It s biggest threat to the delivery partner to deliver within 10 min. Nothing urgent required in 10 min except medical . What do you think guys ??
