Around 98% cafe and restaurant are closed or running in loss because they all are just copying other company model. Many cloud kitchens, cafe , resturant , carts are creating food industry bubble and beleive me soon this bubble will blast. India is daily consuming 8000 crores street fast food . Zomato and swiggyy will never make your brand sustainable because they are controlling your margins. Soon food industry get something revolutionary and that thing will create wildfire in the market 🔥
