PAY & OPEN Why Indian's love "Cash On Delivery" Namma Yatri & Mesho strategy Namma Yatri strategy Subscriptions base food delivery app for restaurant owner. This app will allow the restaurant owner to open there shop daily bases just pay a subscription and comission Example I am owner and I want sell my food on platform like Zomato and Swiggy there I have to pay 30 - 35 % comission on every order so I have to increase my price my 30 -35 % for my profit so end the the coustomer will get this at higher rate What we will do we will charge the owner only daily bases between 100 - 500 INR , to open his shop here he doesn't have to pay commission so he automatically reduce his price and india consumer are value for money , because people visit Zomato and swiggy the check the price of the same meal. If he found that our price is quite low he will go with us . to be continued mesho strategy
