The delivery feature, which we believed would add value, ended up being a financial strain. In hindsight, I wish we had either partnered with established delivery players to manage this aspect or focused on a pickup-only model. This could have reduced our operational costs significantly and made the business more sustainable in the long run. Although we had to shut down, the experience taught us valuable lessons in balancing innovation with practicality. Seeing Zomato now embracing similar initiatives made me so happy
