I recently ordered food, and it arrived late. Frustrated, I raised my voice when speaking to the delivery person. When he arrived, I was surprised to see that he had cycled nearly 5 kilometers to deliver my order. I felt bad about my reaction. This made me realize the challenges many delivery workers face, especially in India, where incomes are often low. It's worth thinking about how we can help them earn more.
