A few months ago I ordered 10 cello bottles from Amazon for a college event but at the time of delivery I received only 8 bottles. I wasn't present at home and my father received the order. He did not open it as he was waiting for me. By the time I reached the delivery boy was gone and when I opened the box I saw there were 8 bottles instead of 10. I even called the delivery boy and the customer care but they asked me to replace the order, but I needed them urgently so I didn't replace it. If any Amazon employee reads this then please prevent these things from happening.
