Curious to know → Quick Commerce is posting strong order growth right(in the non-grocery/food category). Where is this growth coming from❔ It’s unlikely this growth is driven by new e-commerce users. More likely, it’s people shifting their purchases from platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. Even I choose quick commerce if the price is similar → convenience wins. 🐙No wonder most of the big players are now looking to get into quick delivery. QC is eating their customers - - Amazon rolled out Amazon now, 10 min delivery (earlier this week) - Flipkart launched Flipkart minutes, 15 min delivery (Aug 24') Correct me if I'm wrong.

Good read. I believe most Tier 1 cities are reaching saturation. Perhaps the new growth comes from: 1. Few newly adopting users from Tier 1 cities increasing the market share 2. Market expansion: New launches in Tier 2, Tier 3 cities 3. Brands and promotions 4. New categories like smartphones, electronics taking market share from eComm 5. Convenient quick snacks from cloud kitchen and cafe taking market share from restaurants
