True then I have one more idea how about while cancelling the booking the customer needs to share his live location and if it is found within some fixed meters of range then no cancellation is allowed

That is a long procedure and OYO should come along with Google maps integration, which again increase the cost. But, I think we can make it this way. Customer can't make the cancellation within 500m - 1km from the hotel location. And it should be ke

Keeping it a secret is not possible as You can't fetch customers data without their permission and mentioning how you gonna use it And why you said it a long process, you just have to allow the gps permission pop up while cancelling the system will automatically track your location
