Yes Bhavesh.. I am also an employee and I understand your POV. An employee already has to follow so many ridiculous corporate rules however still there is need to make some robust policies around safety since existing sexual harrasment policies are not that effective. That's why I thought of something.. I may be right or wrong.. and I would love to get suggestions from people here on Medial.
