I want your suggestions on the following solution to improve workplace behaviour towards women.
Companies could implement the following punishments for any small misbehaviour with anyone woman at workplace:
1.) Salary Deduction or Equivalent Fine.
Yes .. hence please read it as gender neutral percpective.

Is there any way to create gender neutral laws especially at workplace, currently a lot of innocent males are exploited by fake cases/allegations ? If the allegations are proven fake, what consequences should be faced by the lier ?
