Use apps like dualingo and use old school techniques like watching English stuff, reading English novels. I suggest you watch Indian shows or movies which are dubbed in English.

Whenever you are speaking to any costumer executive, try talking in English. That person do not know you and you will not feel judged. जब भी आप किसी ग्राहक अधिकारी से बात कर रहे हों, तो अंग्रेजी में बात करने की कोशिश करें। वह व्यक्ति आपको नहीं जानता होगा और आपको आलोचना का सामना नहीं करना पड़ेगा।

Level 1: Just watch English movies with subtitles and talk when they talk. (Hearing reading and speaking skills) Level 2: Watch movies with subtitles without talking (Hearing and reading skills) Level 3: watch movies without subtitles and try understand what they are saying (Hearing understanding and thinking skills) This will help you think in English. Keep advancing moving up to different levels. You will make a huge difference in a year
