While doing a USA trademark search for client, I came to know the Sugar Cosmetics have filed an application for trademark in the USA, means they are expanding to the USA. While the International Cosmetic Brands like Rate Beauty are expanding to India, Sugar is expanding to the USA. Will be interested to see how will they fight the competition there.
