Yes, making money with this idea kinda tricky but it has few Monitizetion options such as API selling, listing fees and Account Maintenance Fees. Also I think it could be bought by giant map companies specially working in navigation area.

It will have all kind of place listed including zoos and it will be beneficial for all large buildings and places. I get this idea once when I was in my college and someone came to me asking where is particular department. I didn't knew so I guide him to ask guards he than goes to ask him yet in first attempt he didn't reached right place. This observation makes me think people have this problem and thought of this idea.
